Camps & Programs

Will be Volleyball specific and will help the girls add inches to their vertical jump. We will be utilizing advanced equipment to help the athletes get more air on their approach and quickness on their block.

Weight Training will be used to target muscles used specifically in Volleyball. The focus will be on the athletes posterior change, shoulder pre-hab and core.

Improve first step quickness needed in soccer to be first to the ball. Increase overall leg and core strength to run faster and jump higher.

Kristi Bell - Founder and Head Coach

Kristi has a passion for personal training and instructing and enjoys motivating her clients to the fullest. She will devise specific exercise programs and track your progression for success. Kristi believes that every person has individual needs, so in combination with their level of exercise knowledge, she creates unique plans for her different clients and and specializes in strength training, fat loss and corrective exercise.
